Coaching helps people clarify goals, navigate transitions and take action. The coaches on Welvow are independently reviewed and work across health, life, career and somatic coaching, supporting people in moments of change, recovery, or growth.
Welvow is a wellness companion, not a medical service. If anything you're experiencing is concerning you, please speak with your GP.
Sometimes a different practitioner ends up being the right fit, or a combination of approaches gets you further. The Welvow quiz takes 3 minutes and suggests what might genuinely help, based on what you're hoping to support.

What coaching actually involves, and how people use it.
A coach works alongside you to clarify what you want, surface what is in the way, and build practical steps towards it. Coaching is forward-looking and goal-focused rather than exploring the past in depth. Sessions usually last 45 to 60 minutes.
Coaching focuses on goals, growth and action in the present and future. Counselling and therapy tend to work more with emotional difficulty and the past. If something feels more therapeutic, a good coach will say so.
Fees vary widely by coach, focus (life, career, health) and whether you buy single sessions or a package. Many coaches on Welvow list their pricing on their profile.
Coaching is not statutorily regulated, so look for credentials from a recognised body such as the ICF, EMCC or Association for Coaching. Every coach on Welvow is independently reviewed, with their approach on their profile.
