Clients typically come to me when they are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from their body, or finding it difficult to switch off. Many are navigating periods of transition, pressure, grief, anxiety, burnout, relational difficulty or a deeper sense that something in their life is asking for attention. Through Breathflow Integrative Breathwork, I support clients to regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their body, access deeper emotional awareness and release patterns that may be held beneath the surface. Sessions can support stress relief, emotional processing, clarity, self-trust, embodiment and a greater sense of inner calm. My work is particularly suited to people who are curious about breathwork as a route into healing, self-awareness and personal transformation, whether they are completely new to the practice or already familiar with somatic work.
