What happens during a hypnotherapy session?

After talking through what you would like to work on, the hypnotherapist guides you into a calm, focused and deeply relaxed state, then uses gentle suggestion and imagery. You stay aware and in control throughout. Sessions usually last 50 to 90 minutes.

How many hypnotherapy sessions will I need?

It depends on what you are exploring. Some focused goals are supported in a handful of sessions, while other things take longer. A good hypnotherapist will talk through a realistic plan with you at the start.

How much does hypnotherapy cost in the UK?
