About this episode

Welcome to our latest Journeys podcast featuring Seed’s Breath Work practitioner Caroline Boyle. Caroline is a breast cancer survivor and it was through her own journey of overcoming cancer that she first discovered the power of breath work. Following her diagnosis of breast cancer and then confirmation that she carries the BRCA gene, Caroline underwent 16 rounds of chemotherapy and also surgery.  Here, Caroline shares how breath work helped her navigate this challenging time and talks about her work sharing this modality with others. Her story is both powerful and inspiring, showing how out of something bad can come something incredibly positive and even transformative.  Caroline offers in-person classes in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire as well as online classes for those further afield.   For more information about Caroline Boyle and her work, visit www.seedwellness.co.uk/carolineboyle Caroline works closely with Penny Brohn UK, a national charity that provides free, integrative care to cancer patients, before, during and after treatment.
