Freedo is a unique and powerful self-discovery card game made up of 25 steps and designed to help you break through blocks, gain clarity and take inspired action in any area of your life.  In this podcast, we spoke to co-creator, Gary Winer, about how Freedo works, the inspiration behind it and how it can aid wellbeing in children and young people. Gary has worked both with children and teens both within schools, in groups and  1:1 sessions.
