About this episode

This week at Seed we are focussing on the topic of Relationships. Our relationships and social connections with others have a huge impact on our overall health and wellbeing. In fact, it makes up one of the main pillars of health.   Within this theme is also our relationship with ourselves… which is arguably THE most important relationship of all. And today we are sharing the mic with Alison Bell, a Louise Hay Heal Your Life Coach based in Berkshire, UK, to discuss how our relationship with ourselves is foundational to our relationships with others. Louise Hay was one of the first experts to lead the self-help scene back in the 70's and is most known for her highly acclaimed book, "You Can Heal Your Life", which has been translated into over 40 languages and has sold over 50 millions copies worldwide. Alison Bell is trained and certified in the teachings and philosophy of Louise Hay and shares this transformational work in 1:1 coaching sessions, group workshops and retreats.  Louise's teachings focus on the power of our thoughts. As we know, our thoughts create our emotions, our emotions influence our behaviours and our behaviours influence our life experience. And so her work aims to help us positively transform the words we think and also speak in order to boost our own health and happiness.  In this podcast, Alison shares her extensive knowledge, top tips and insights into how we can improve our relationship with self and by default, with others.
