About this episode

Hosted by Magalie Valadier  PSYCH-K® is a new, up and coming collaborative modality that works with the sub-conscious mind to help rewrite unhelpful beliefs and narratives which hold you back from opening up your true potential for wellbeing, success and happiness. In this podcast. we share the mic with Uschi Baumann – a PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Executive Coach & Positive Intelligence® practitioner working across Bucks and online. Here Uschi shares more about this new modality and how it can positively transform a person's daily experience. Said Uschi, "A great deal of our day-to-day thinking, feeling and behaving happens below conscious awareness, guided by beliefs and narratives we hold about ourselves and the world, many of them formed years before we had any say in choosing them.  Most of us can name at least one belief that feels like it works against us. I’m not good enough. I always do this. Nothing changes. We recognise the pattern, we can even trace where it came from, and still it persists. And there are other beliefs and narratives we might not be aware of yet that hold us back in the same way. Even when we face physical challenges, the subconscious mind and our belief systems play a crucial role in supporting our recovery journey.
