We are delighted to be launching the new 'Journeys' series which features Seed practitioners who discovered their discipline or modality due to their own personal journey overcoming illness, injury or personal health challenge. In many cases, it has literally changed the course of their lives.  In this podcast, Amisha Patel, Seed's Bespoke Wellness Travel Consultant, shares her story of how she overcame chronic ill health following the birth of her first baby.  This series reflects just how our journey to wellness is always totally unique to us. In many cases, it also highlights the importance of making time to find the root cause of our health issues in order to be able to truly heal.
