In fact, for some it can be really really challenging.  According to recent stats, approx 1 in 10 new mums experience post-natal depression.  And that’s just the stats we know about.  But it’s not just post-natal depression that is leaving women / couples feeling like they are struggling...  And today we are sharing the mic with Liz Stacpoole, Seed’s Perinatal Counsellor locate in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, to discuss this topic.  Says LIz, "Often, when i see new mums who are finding their new role challenging, it comes  accompanied with a sense of guilt, shame and failure.... Ie 'I should feel lucky to have this baby... "Why am i so ungrateful?
