About this episode

Birth Into Being is a unique method originally designed for pregnant women to help them break free from past birth trauma and increase their chances of having a smooth and positive birth experience. The Birth Into Being Method includes 20 processes available in different formats including workshops and retreats. It is deeply powerful, helping women shift both conscious and unconscious trauma from a past traumatic birth experience including her own entry into the world that continues to impact her in the present. To discuss this, we are delighted to be sharing the mic with Magalie Valadier, the UK"s first Birth Into Being practitioner, located in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire. Magalie supports lots of women from pre-pregnancy through to postnatal and beyond with this deeply profound and transformative work. The Birth Into Being Method workshop and the Birth As We Know It film are extremely effective tools to support anyone interested in shifting their behavioural patterns rooted in their own birth trauma.
