With over 15 years’ experience, I specialise in therapeutic laser and red light therapy for sporting injuries, soft tissue healing, bone recovery, pain reduction and inflammation management. I take a realistic, whole-body approach, combining advanced laser therapy with complementary treatments including Indian head massage, seated massage, relaxation support and nutritional guidance.
