In my classes, the aim is for you to turn inward, quieting the mind and becoming more aware of your body. Through the link of breath and movement, you'll be able to tune out life's stresses and give yourself some much-needed "you time."
Each class will take you on a journey through your body, culminating in a long, relaxing savasana.
We all have different reasons for coming to a yoga class, and I'm here to guide you in honoring your personal intentions for your practice. Practicing yoga simply means uniting the mind and body - it's all about being present with yourself
