About
Hi, I’m Becky. I create welcoming, supportive spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves and rediscover who they are beneath the pressures of everyday life. My sessions combine functional and conscious breathwork, reflective practices, gentle nervous system regulation and meaningful conversation and inner inquiry to help you release stress, build self trust and create lasting positive change. Alongside regular breathwork classes, I facilitate women’s circles, seasonal wellbeing gatherings, online membership, 1:1 and group programs. And I am the founder of the immersive Self Care Self Love retreats across Hertfordshire. Also bringing you deeper experiencal retreats. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out or simply craving space to breathe, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are. No previous experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to show up for yourself. My aim is for every person to leave feeling calmer, lighter, more connected and better equipped to navigate life with confidence and compassion.
Gentle, trauma aware breathwork and reflective practices with a focus on nervous system regulation, self-awareness and emotional wellbeing. My sessions combine breath, guided reflection and supportive community to help people feel calmer, more connected and better able to navigate everyday life.
