About
I'm Sara, a London-based nutritional therapist dedicated to supporting individuals in improving their health through a lifestyle medicine approach grounded in plant-based nutrition. My practice centres on the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: whole food plant-predominant eating, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, positive social connections, and avoidance of risky substances. I work with people at every stage of their plant-based journey, from those fully committed to a vegan diet to those exploring how plant-forward eating could support energy, digestion, or metabolic wellness, including blood sugar balance, weight management, and cholesterol levels.
My approach is evidence-informed and non-judgmental, focused on sustainable, personalised change that fits seamlessly into your life. I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist currently completing an MSc in Nutrition at City St. George's, University of London. I'm fully insured and member of Plant-Based Health Professionals UK. I also serve as an advisory board member for V-Label International and a non-executive director at ProVeg UK, reflecting my commitment to advancing plant-based nutrition at every level.
