I am a licensed acupuncturist and cosmetic facial specialist based in Canary Wharf, East London. I graduated with First Class Honours in Chinese Medicine Acupuncture from the University of Westminster and trained in Tui Na, the traditional Chinese medical massage. My passion for skin health and rejuvenation has led me to specialise in Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture, a natural, non-toxic approach to supporting fine lines, wrinkles, and a range of skin concerns. My approach is constitutional: I work with both facial and body points during sessions, because in Chinese Medicine, skin issues often arise from internal imbalances. As your overall health and wellbeing improve, your skin does too. I focus on exploring the root causes of imbalance in your body, rather than addressing symptoms in isolation. I also train in Yoga and Reiki, and I offer a range of complementary therapies including cupping, Gua Sha, moxibustion, and electro-acupuncture. My clients often comment on the deeply relaxing, restorative quality of sessions and the noticeable difference they feel in their body and mind afterwards.
