I am an osteopath based at The Rickyard in Clifton Reynes, near Olney, Buckinghamshire. With a Master's degree in Osteopathy and a particular interest in biomechanics, anatomy and human movement, I combine clinical reasoning with a personalised approach to care. I work with people experiencing a range of musculoskeletal concerns, including back pain, neck pain, joint discomfort, minor sports injuries, posture and movement difficulties. My approach combines careful clinical examination, an understanding of biomechanics and human movement, and practical advice tailored to your individual needs. Every person brings a different history, set of circumstances and experience of pain or restricted movement. At Concept Osteopathy, I begin by listening carefully and assessing your medical history, symptoms, physical examination findings and everyday activities. From this, I develop an appropriate care and management plan. Where indicated, care may include hands-on osteopathic techniques, exercise advice, movement strategies and guidance to help you manage your condition. I believe that people benefit from understanding their condition and being actively involved in decisions about their care. My aim is to provide clear explanations, appropriate clinical support and practical recommendations suited to your circumstances.
