I work with adults who want to make sense of what they’re experiencing, particularly those affected by sexual assault, abuse and trauma. We’ll explore what’s going on for you at a pace that feels manageable, without pressure to share more than you’re ready to. I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all, so we’ll work together to find what feels helpful for you. And there’s room for humour, honesty and the occasional swear word, too.
