Reiki Soundbath

Ihos Healing and Well-being with Elvira will be holding a powerful Reiki Sound Journey experience. This is a unique opportunity to explore the power of the combination of these two natural healing therapies. During the session, participants will be gently bathed in the healing vibrations from the Crystal Singing Bowls. This soundscape creates an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity as the vibrations help to reduce stress, balance the mind and body, and assist in the release of stagnant or dense energies. Elvira will be performing Reiki as the Sound Bath is taking place. The event will involve lying down and being surrounded by calming vibrations, allowing for deep relaxation, while allowing the energies of Reiki to permeate throughout.
